Well, I'm right in the middle of my second production night ever. Paper number two comes out tomorrow! So far, so good tonight. I'm a lot farther a long than I was at this time last Wednesday. And also making the night a little more enjoyable is this gigantic bag of candy I bought. Steady tootsie rolls are keeping me going. The only thing wrong with tonight is... you guessed it-- I'm missing the Republican National Convention! Sarah Palin is speaking tonight, and we STILL don't have our TV installed in the Herald. Come on maintenance! Anyway, it's ok. I'm recording it at home and'll just watch it tomorrow.
Anyway, I gotta get back to work! Be sure and check out the paper tomorrow afternoon. Our news story on the increase in international students didn't come in, but we are running a feature story on one of our students from Saudi Arabia and a lot of other cool stuff.
